Relax in this breathtaking retreat nestled in the North GA mountains! This getaway home features a custom kitchen and 3 modern bedrooms crafted for luxury and functionality. The property includes 330' of Etowah River frontage, natural terrain, and a peaceful pond. Nestled minutes from downtown Dahlonega, this location offers both seclusion and accessibility. Guests can enjoy shopping, dining, Amicalola Falls, local breweries and vineyards, and access to various wedding venues!

The space

Welcome to The Haven, your ultimate destination for a refreshing retreat!

Designed for comfort and style, The Haven features three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, with additional futons for flexible sleeping arrangements, make it perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a workstation or vanity, backlit mirrors, and a TV for winding down after a day of adventure. The large custom kitchen, cozy living spaces, and a spa-like master bathroom create a home that's as functional as it is beautiful.

Outdoors, unwind in the hanging hammock chairs, sip coffee from the outdoor bar, or gather around the log fire pit under the stars. Tucked away on over six private acres, this modern getaway offers 330 feet of Etowah River frontage, a peaceful pond, and open natural spaces to explore and unwind, just minutes from the vibrant heart of downtown Dahlonega. While river access is limited due to the natural terrain and the meadow is maintained in a more natural, unmanicured state to preserve the rustic charm of the landscape, the setting offers a tranquil escape into nature. Spend your days hiking mountain trails, visiting nearby wineries, breweries, and spas, or simply soaking in the serenity. With Atlanta less than an hour away, the best of North Georgia is right at your fingertips.

Please note: We are currently enhancing the property by adding two luxury Scandinavian-style A-frame cabins nearby that will be completed in June of 2025. Some light construction activity may take place during normal business hours on weekdays, although most of the heavy work is complete. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to make The Haven even more special.

There is a security camera located at the home's floodlight, overlooking the entrance gate and parking lot (video only, no audio).
