The Haven is a thoughtfully curated estate made up of three distinct homes, each offering its own character while sharing a refined design language, premium amenities, and a deep connection to nature. Together, the property comfortably accommodates groups, families, and couples seeking a peaceful yet elevated escape.

The Blend is a brand new two bedroom, one bathroom A frame overlooking a serene pond. Featuring one king bedroom and one queen bedroom dressed in premium linens, this modern retreat blends clean Scandinavian lines with warm finishes. The open living space flows effortlessly into a custom kitchen and dining area, while the spa inspired bathroom offers high end finishes. Outdoors, guests can unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy quiet moments surrounded by nature.

The Reserve is an intimate one bedroom, one bathroom A frame designed for couples. The loft style king bedroom, open living space, custom kitchen, and spa inspired bathroom create a cozy yet refined atmosphere. Outside, guests can relax in the private hot tub, refresh in the outdoor shower, and enjoy peaceful views of the Etowah River flowing beyond the trees.

The Cellar is the largest home on the property, featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with two king rooms and one queen room, plus additional flexible sleeping options. The home offers a large custom kitchen, inviting living spaces, and a spa inspired primary bathroom. Its standout feature is the newly finished basement speakeasy, complete with a custom bar, pool table, poker table, shuffleboard, dart board, slot machine, arcade games, and an outdoor hot tub, making it the perfect gathering space for evenings of entertainment and relaxation.

Each home includes a full boutique coffee bar stocked with syrups, creamers, a frother, and a curated tea selection, ensuring slow, intentional mornings throughout your stay.

Set across six acres, The Haven offers shared access to a peaceful pond, open natural areas, and approximately 330 feet of Etowah River frontage. The meadow and river areas are intentionally maintained in a natural, unmanicured state to preserve the rustic character of the land, and river access is limited due to the natural terrain. Despite the privacy and seclusion, the property is located just minutes from downtown Dahlonega, where guests can explore mountain trails, wineries, breweries, shops, and local dining. With Atlanta less than an hour away, the best of North Georgia is easily within reach.
